CATHAY INDUSTRIES introduces CATHAYGRANTM, a new range of spray-dried micro-granules with excellent product flow
Tongling, 27 August 2015. In its manufacturing site in Tongling, China, CATHAY INDUSTRIES has put its new state-of-the-art spray dryers in full operation. The dryers have the capacity to turn out a total of 20.000 metric tons of micro-granulated pigments per year.

The new products are entirely manufactured at the company’s site in Tongling and will be marketed under the CATHAYGRANTM brand. They exhibit excellent flow properties allowing the use on virtually any automatic dosing system present in the market. The products are easy to disperse achieving outstanding levels of colour development. They are characterised by a well specified particle size and are practically dust free for the use in sensitive working environments. Therefore, granular pigments can be applied in order to avoid harmful clouds of dust during processing. CATHAY provides the micro-granules in 25 kg paper bags as well as in bulk bags.
